The cottage
Charming restored chalet of 60 m2 on three levels, located in the town of Roure, in the heart of the Mercantour National Park.
Offering a breathtaking south-facing view of the valley, the chalet has a balcony and a large wooden terrace.
Designed to accommodate up to 4 people, the chalet is made up of three levels:
At the top is a refuge dormitory style room made of larch wood, equipped with a bunk bed, offering incredible charm, perfect for children. This room also includes a TV area with sofa, as well as a selection of books for adults and children. A bathroom with WC and shower is also available on this level.
On the middle level is the kitchen-dining room, equipped with a Godin wood stove for cozy evenings.
Finally, on the lower level, you will find a master bedroom with its own bathroom and WC. A washing machine is also available.
Sheets and towels are not included, but can be provided upon request.
A parking space is available near the barn.
